For any cancellation or refund initiation, once we receive an e- mail to accounts@ecotowndiagnostics.comthe same would be refunded back by 3 working days post deduction of 1% charges (if payment made through debit card) and 2% (if payment made through credit card) to your respective bank account (details to bank account to be furnished through e mail while writing to us ) or through a UPI transaction , post approval and clearance from the accounts department.
You may cancel your order of home sample collection before 2 hours of your scheduled collection time and you would be eligible to receive a refund against the same.
No refunds would be allowed post sample collection.
If a bill is generated & services are not utilised then the same can be adjusted upon your future visit.
